Just wanted to add a few more March milestones to the Bisousette pictures, and add in a bit of Bisous style to boot!

First off - Bisousette learns to brush her teeth.  Not hard to teach.  Getting a baby to put something in her mouth, well, it's like getting a dog to wag his tail:

 And then, of course, there is the pulling up on the coffee table, and the nibbling off the finish of the coffee table.  Yum! 

And finally, Bisousette is caught in the act of saying her favorite word, which sounds something like this - "BAH!!"   Leading Bisous to say, "Can you talk like a sheep?  Bah bah bah bah...." and the wee baby can!  She is so very smart.  Here's the beginning of her word:

And finally for real, I promised you guys some style, and you have to see our childproofed hearth and the superfly block action we have going on there.  I'd love to say that Bisousette is a block-stacking prodigy, but no, Bisous did that work, as there is nothing more Bisousette likes than to smash the intricate block fortresses.  Since Bisous enjoys building them, this situation is fortuitous.  A win-win.

 PS:

The right side still hurts where I was bitten.  I no longer have to practice special meditative breathing to avoid shrieking as she eats, but it still hurts A LOT.  Pumping is worse than the real thing.  I don't know what I'm going to do if this doesn't get better by the first few days of this week.

All of the sudden, my fast-growing monster baby began fitting in her clothes for much longer periods.  And indeed, I checked her weight yesterday, and she has fallen from the 90th percentile to the 80th or so.  Guess I should have bought more 9 month outfits.  But that's no never mind.  Here is a pictoral retrospective of the month that was, that is month 7.5-8.5 of my little offspring's life so far.  A month in which she learned to crawl, learned to her raise her hands when we say "High Five!" and raise our hands too (a "high ten" in actuality), and to say "papa." 

First off is one of the first walks of the year, as the weather has been so cold.  Mostly this picture is notable for the teeth:

Next up was a visit from the cousins, and Bisousette spent the day in the embrace of her only girl cousin...

Her eyes have become brownish-gray - more brown in the center, and ringed by gray.  I don't know if they will change further - supposedly they don't change too much after 7 months.  We'll see.  (Ignore the food on the face.)

And then the sun came out!  For just long enough to take another walk!  Finally!  Bisousette has forgotten there is a world outside the living room. 

And then we put her in a bunny outfit.  Yes, it has a little white puff of a tail on the butt.  I'll post my video of her crawling around in it soon.  In the mean time...Bisousette says, "How long do I have to wear this thing?"
