Well. I'm afraid I've come to the end of the exercise part of this challenge. It's a bit complicated but suffice it to say that my normal workout days are Tu, W, F, Sa, Su. Yesterday went along as planned, but today I am slammed with work due to being out of town on Friday, on Friday I'll be on a plane at 6am and the rest of the day is scheduled to the gills. It's possible I'll get a little hotel workout done Sa, Su mornings - then plane back on Sunday midmorning. THEN next week rolls around, except my usual Tuesday weights will be compromised because MY GYM MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES on Saturday, and I'm gonna wait until I get back from my real vacation to renew at another gym. Though I could use a free pass ... maybe I will do that. I'll have to endure the gym tour but I'll have to endure that anyway. Next wednesday I'll have the same problem as this wednesday, and Thursday too - Friday we will be leaving BRIGHT and early to drive down to Texas.
So workouts will be on the fly until life resumes in earnest in May. That's cool.
I'll eat the best I can (though with two weddings to go to with their cake, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties, and Sunday brunches - well...)
I guess I will take this opportunity then to declare the grindstone challenge over. I'll try to remember to weigh myself tomorrow and take after pics.
meals today:
blueberry protein oatmeal
string cheese
chicken, broccoli, rice (threw away most of the rice)
chicken, okra, rice (ditto -wasn't hungry)
chocolate protein pudding (OH MY GOD it is so hard not to eat both batches mixed up yesterday).
exercise:
after all that hemming and hawing I got home from work a little earlier than I expected and said, "screw the downstairs neighbors" and did 45 minutes of DDR.
