musings: ya'll may have noticed I haven't done much cardio the past couple days - truth be told I think I injured my left leg cross country skiing - it doesn't seem to affect lifting, but running, DDR, jump roope, and elliptical have all caused pain in my achilles, left calf, and hip flexor. Argh.
